Sharkfin melon soup

Was browsing through supermarket,
came across a beautiful melon (light green with polka-dots liked marks)
Its known as sharkfin melon due to the texture of the flesh.
v.simple soup with minimal seasoning,
the mushroom & chicken will helped sweetened the soup :p

Ingredients:
White japanese button mushroom
Sharkfin melon flesh (seeded)
1/2 chicken
Bring to boil for around 45-60mins.
i usually boiled soup for an hour or more,
to soften the meat and bring out the taste.

1 teaspoon salt to approx.1 litres of water
(required tasting to estimate)
