Hoon's fuss free pot

Visited a friend over a weekend to chill out,
decided to stay in rather than going out for dinner.
She whipped up a fuss free pot of 'everything' she can find in her small fridge..
i cooked similar fuss free pot before(using canned roast pork),but Hoon's less sinful.


I tried her recipe and i can take a short nap..
v.good for lazy ger like me/after a tough work..
Posted My Japanese Homemade Don in march,quite similar but this is less work.



Ingredients:
1. 2-3 pieces Taiwanese sausages or 1-2 preserved sausages (laup cheong) (Sliced)
2. 2 pieces Fresh corns (remove from stalk)
3. 2 cups of rice (depend number of people eating &cup size) (Washed & filled up with water enough to cooked the rice)
4. 2 pieces of Boneless Chicken thigh (cut)

Placed all the above ingredients into rice pot.
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce (you may wana test taste)
1-2 teaspoons of black soya Sauce
Sprinkle some pepper into rice pot
MIX WELL & Set your rice cooker to cook them all.

Fuss Free way to cook your rice with ingredients :-)
