Ebi noodles 虾仔面

Lazy afternoon, ive decided to whipped up a very simple and fuss free lunch,since i had sushi ingredients in my fridge and decided to just 'disemble" the sushi into ebi mee instead.

Ingredients
1) 2 pcs of dried prawn roe noodled (ready packed from groceries store, brand: fu lu shou)
2) Ebi roes (from supermarket)
3) Kani Crab sticks (boiled briefly or served cold after defrost)          
4) Japanese cucumber (sliced)

Sauce
1) 1 tbsp oyster sauce
2) 2 tsp Soy sauce
3) 1 tsps sesame oil
4) 1/2- 2 cups of water or chicken stock

prep time 10mins
cooking time 8mins
