Decided to make a medditarean style sandwich if i may called it.
simply putting everything ive in my fridge to piece this healthy breakfast.
Walnut wholemeal bread,
1 avocado sliced,
2 sun-dried tomatoes chopped,
2-3 pieces of butter lettuces
I scrapped off the excess avocado and spread it onto the bread.
optional: pinch of salt & a few drops of olive oil.
