Best eaten overnight,after all d'flavours sip in the meat& Yam.
Ingredients: spices, cinnamon, chopped garlics, etc.
Another relish: Mushroom stew with dried mussel+ Fa Choy
Ingredients: Garlic whole, spices, Mushrooms, Dried Mussel & Chinese moss, etc.
This is fattening but very yummy!
Pig Trotter, Sea cucumbers & scallop Stew
Good mix of Good & Bad Cholestrol,
Represent Good & Bad times, life goes on.
