Experience Genting Highlands & food

Before departing Genting, lunch @ Ah Yat Abalone Forum Resturant.
Had d' honour to try their Shark's Fin, Abalone & Bird's Nest Set @
promotion price RM99++!!


Double-boiled Shark's Fin w/Fish Maw & Dried scallop
taste very sweet and full of flavour.


Whole Fresh Abalone "Ah Yat Style" w/stewed goose web w/ vegetable
or can change goose web to Fish maw (below image) / sea cucumber (image above).

B.B.Q Sliced Pork w/ Yam Paste



Its taste like yam wrapped w/bacon.
I may boiled / steamed cubes/rectangular yam & wrapped
them with bacon & grilled.

Ah Yat Handmade Bird's Nest Egg Tart
Small, juz one mouthful gone!
very thin layer of bird nest on d' surface of d'tart.

龟岭膏 turtle shell made dessert..
has cooling effect.

Food trip to Malaysia.


Nothing beats d'natural fruit..yummy!


Celebrating Dad's Bd..


starter combi & crispy roast duck with crepe.


At night, we celebrate Dad's Bd..my fav.yam ring!



Saucy big prawn,
tang hoon (glass vermicili) cook with d'sauce..
taste not strong as it look..light tomato taste.

experiencing baked oysters..


Florentine

baked in their own shell, wine & herbs,
creamy spinach moose,
covered by layer of light mornay sauce,
finished with aged parmesan cheese.
